ade-to-Measure Skirt in your own choice of Welsh tartan. The basic structure of the garment is identical to that of the 'Mini' with traditional pleats from the waistband down to the bottom, but the Hipster is secured with only one buckle on each side.
When measuring the 'Hipster Waist' please take the horizontal circumference around the part of the body the waistband of your garment will sit.
