This quality garment is Made-to-Measure in Scotland from 100% Pure New Wool to the same specifications as our Classic Balmoral Traditional 8 Yard Kilt. The tartans are woven for us by less well known UK mills, allowing a limited choice. NEW PRICING: all kilts now uniquely priced by material. This premium quality eight yard kilts is hand-stitched to the best traditional standards. We use a full 8 yards (approx, according to the tartan sett and your dimensions) of your chosen fabric, we fit two leather straps and buckles on the waist, and one on the hip. The front edge has two fringes, and we include two belt (or sporran strap) loops at the back.

My son and I ordered 8yrd kilts which we just received yesterday via Fed Ex Air! We were surprised at the speedy shipping and delighted with the product. The kilts fit very well and the workmanship is incredibly detailed. The pleating is awsome, the integrity of the tartan is not comprimised from front to rear nor top to bottom. We are both looking forward to wearing our kilts to his wedding at the Dunvegan castle this June. Thanks for a truly great product.

I cant thank the team and manager at Scotdweb enough.
As an XXXL Rugby League player and newbie Piper, I had a dreadful time in the US looking for Hose and Kilts my size.
Thanks to Scotswebs they assured me not to worry and that there was enough wool in Scotland to help me out. (I did offer to send from New Zealand if they needed more.
The double checked my measurements and helped me through the order by phone.
The end result I ended up with a 16oz 10 yard Kilt, and though a little more in price, was top quality and well worth the wait.

Excellent quality & workmanship, but too small round the waist!
Will have to have it let out before I can wear it.
Would suggest specifying 1" (or less) under normal waist measurement rather than the 2" I went for.
